Tenants get a ready-to-go virtual studio for Zoom calls, video meetings and solo podcasts, and an in-person podcast studio for up to three people with a real styled backdrop, not a green screen. Need to get across town? There is a Ninebot electric scooter in the lobby.

Among working artists
You work alongside other artists and creatives in the building, so there is always someone to trade ideas with. The ground floor suits art shows and gallery events, and tenants get free use of it as a rotating gallery for their work between event bookings. I also host free Open Studios a few times a year.
